Analytical Testing Coordinator (m/f/*)

Location: Zwijndrecht, Belgium; office-based four days a week

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end workflows for subcontracted analytical testing, from proposal review through final report verification and archiving.
• Coordinate sample collection schedules, chain-of-custody tracking, and communication with consultants and accredited external laboratories.
• Convert consultant proposals into standardized General Project Outlines for internal approval and execution.
• Monitor laboratory lead times, follow up on reports, resolve quality queries, and evaluate turnaround performance.
• Review laboratory reports against project quality objectives, test-method criteria, GPO requirements, and source data.
• Request quotation updates, perform quote–purchase order–invoice matching, and approve external invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, environmental science, life sciences, business administration, office management, logistics, supply chain, or project management.
• Experience in administrative support, project coordination, procurement support, or data management within a structured corporate, technical, or industrial environment.
• Understanding of analytical parameters, unit conversions, and testing methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional precision in data auditing, numeric reconciliation, and quality verification.
• Proficiency with Excel and data management platforms.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in an analytical laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of SAP or Laboratory Information Management Systems.
