AI Automation & Analytics Program Manager

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Lead AI, automation, and analytics programs across multiple functions and project teams.
• Develop program roadmaps, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate data scientists, automation developers, stakeholders, and matrixed teams.
• Track progress, risks, escalations, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Communicate program status, issue analysis, plans, proposals, and results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 4–6 years of experience in program management with digital transformation or AI, automation, and analytics.
• Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, automation tools, and data analytics.
• Experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources.
• Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Mastery of English and the local language is required.

Nice to have

• PMP/PMI certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
