Solutions Senior Program Manager and Product Lifecycle Stewardship (AI)

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage portfolio development across multiple solutions and coordinate feature prioritization, investment decisions, and solution roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions from ideation through release, deployment, pilots, proof-of-concepts, and production rollouts.
• Coordinate execution across Product Management, Print Engineering, Data Telemetry, UX, Software, Firmware, Cloud, and Fleet Manageability teams.
• Own the Enterprise Product Development Lifecycle framework from concept through end-of-life.
• Define phase-gate requirements, governance standards, risk controls, checkpoints, escalation frameworks, and decision authority.
• Lead process transformation and continuous improvement across Agile, Hybrid, and Stage-Gate development methodologies.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software, people management, or a related field.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the product lifecycle from initial design through end-of-life.
• Experience working in complex, global, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to work in Vancouver, Washington, United States of America.
