Business Analyst (Telecom)

What you will do

• Analyze and clarify business requirements and service requests for applications and IT systems.
• Interview stakeholders and analyze quantitative data to understand business needs.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Assess the impact of requested changes and identify the appropriate application modules and components for implementation.
• Collaborate with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and document integrated software solutions and application ecosystems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, clarification, and service-request management.
• Previous experience in software development or integrated software solutions and ecosystems.
• Experience with impact analysis and translating business processes into technical requirements.
• Good understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication with business and technical stakeholders.
