Electrical Engineer (Defense)

What you will do

• Design and develop electronic boards and embedded systems for UAV flight controllers, companion computers, and electronic speed controllers.
• Define architectures for complex embedded systems based on processors, DDR and Flash memory, sensors, peripherals, and video-processing components.
• Create electronic schematics and perform component placement and PCB routing while managing fast-signal constraints.
• Integrate boards with mechanical assemblies and work with the GNC department on accurate sensor integration.
• Resolve electromagnetic compatibility and signal-integrity challenges through troubleshooting.
• Test, integrate, and validate electronic boards against operational and design requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience designing complex electronic systems.
• In-depth knowledge of processors, DDR and Flash memory domains, and electronic CAD tools such as Altium.
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve complex technical challenges, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Commitment to the mission, vision, and operational excellence of an autonomous defense systems company.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics or aerospace systems.
