Senior MBSE Systems Engineer

Location: On-site in Dedham, Massachusetts, United States. U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance are required.

Salary: $60,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses.
• Develop system security documentation and support system accreditation, certification, evaluation, and testing.
• Develop and evaluate systems, networks, and information systems against government security specifications.
• Generate technical engineering products throughout the system development life cycle.
• Design, implement, and deploy strategic systems using MBSE methodologies and digital engineering practices.
• Identify opportunities to apply MBSE and AI-driven approaches for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related science, engineering, or mathematics field with at least two years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least six months of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with MBSE, Systems and Test Engineering, Requirements Management, and Agile Development.
• Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler and the ability to develop and maintain SysML behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams.
• Experience architecting complex systems through functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis, plus proficiency with requirements tools such as DOORS or DOORS Next Generation.
