Area Manager (E-Commerce Fulfillment)

Location: Fulfillment centers in Wilkes-Barre, Lewisberry, or Pittston, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite role with a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends

E-commerce company operating fulfillment and distribution centers for product receiving, storage, and shipping.

What you will do

• Lead hourly associates across receiving, storage, unloading, put-away, and shipping operations.
• Set, communicate, and enforce productivity, labor, quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Provide associate orientation, training, performance feedback, coaching, and recognition.
• Address employee questions and concerns while supporting positive employee relations and open communication.
• Complete documentation for attendance, efficiency, behavior, and safety tracking.
• Investigate operational issues and drive process improvements through associate feedback and data analysis.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and timekeeping software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends when required.
• Position may require travel.
