Operations Manager (Warehouse)

Location: On-site in New Albany, Ohio, United States; night shift

What you will do

• Oversee warehouse operations across multiple growing shifts, including order handling, wave management, shipping, and material handling.
• Lead, train, and mentor area managers and warehouse personnel while fostering continuous improvement.
• Manage fulfillment systems, inventory reconciliation, loss prevention, quality assurance, and warehouse security.
• Coordinate with internal warehouse departments, external offices, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and legally compliant environment for pharmaceutical and over-the-counter products under FDA and OSHA requirements.
• Drive throughput, efficiency, quality, cost control, company OKRs, and KPIs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environments and 7+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• 2+ years of occupational health and safety experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading technically complex projects, training and managing employees, and working with WMS/WCS systems.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean principles and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Gmail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, team-building, organizational, interpersonal, and judgment skills.
