What you will do

• Support annual compensation processes, includhirify.global merit increases and variable remuneration.
• Contribute to compensation, benefits, incentive, recognition, and performance management programs.
• Partner with business leaders, HR partners, and global stakeholders on Performance and Reward matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Improve HR frameworks, policies, tools, and reporthirify.global practices for the Philippines, Spain, and Türkiye.

Requirements

• Experience in Compensation and Benefits, Total Rewards, Performance Management, or a related HR specialty.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with HR systems.
• Experience supporthirify.global pay reviews, incentive programs, job evaluation, or reward program design.
• Experience with data visualization and reporthirify.global tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, plannhirify.global, organization, and attention to detail.
