What you will do

• Support annual compensation processes, including merit increases and variable remuneration.
• Contribute to compensation, benefits, incentive, recognition, and performance management programs.
• Partner with senior business and HR stakeholders to provide Performance & Reward expertise.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Improve HR frameworks, policies, tools, and reporting practices.
• Support Hubs Philippines and growth markets including Spain and Türkiye.

Requirements

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Performance Management, or a related HR specialty.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with HR systems.
• Experience supporting pay reviews, incentive programs, job evaluation, or reward program design.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
