Sales and Originations Manager (Automotive Leasing)

Location: Los Angeles Wilshire, United States; onsite

Salary: $72,000 annual base salary plus commission. Total compensation starts at $125,000, with expected annual earnings of $150,000–$300,000 after the first year, depending on performance.

Midway Leasing is a privately owned automotive leasing business and subsidiary of Midway Rent a Car within the Hankey Group of Companies, specializing in luxury and exotic vehicle leasing.

What you will do

• Oversee the origination of subprime, near-prime, and prime automotive lease installment contracts.
• Manage sales, deal structuring, and underwriting activities.
• Develop marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships with dealerships.
• Identify opportunities to leverage the scale of the leasing business.
• Analyze automotive industry trends affecting future residual values.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales or account management experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive leasing, dealer needs, and industry trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with luxury automotive sales and finance or leasing is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

• Experience in the luxury automotive industry with a focus on sales and finance or leasing.
