Salary: $182,000–$346,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Set and execute OneHUB's strategic direction, operating model, and multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Oversee the Transformation Office, enterprise assessments, business cases, strategic analyses, and cross-functional execution.
• Lead innovation, automation, digital enablement, pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, and the scaling of successful solutions.
• Direct operational and customer excellence initiatives focused on service delivery, process efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and KPI improvement.
• Lead the PMO, including governance, planning, agile execution, milestone and budget tracking, and value realization.
• Oversee change management and communications while serving as a strategic advisor to OneHUB leadership and driving executive alignment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise strategy and transformation initiatives in complex, multi-layered organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, strategy, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution through operating model changes.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and customer-experience programs with demonstrated KPI improvement.
• Experience in life sciences companies is preferred; contact center experience is advantageous.

• Master's degree or MBA.
