Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify and analyze bottlenecks affecting the path from concepts, feature development, and operational initiatives to customer value.
• Break down complex processes to evaluate their purpose, risks, controls, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Partner with business-unit and functional leaders to simplify workflows and identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and transformation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve cycle time, reduce friction, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
• Establish accountability structures, operating rhythms, and progress measures across teams.
• Build subject-matter understanding across product development, security, infrastructure, compliance, deployment, support, and customer operations.

• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar domains, processes, and organizational structures.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including driving execution without direct authority.
• Experience working across multiple teams, functions, or business units.
• High ownership, initiative, independence, and resilience when navigating resistance and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience in operational excellence, business transformation, consulting, process improvement, audit, compliance, organizational change, or large-scale business integrations.
• Experience applying AI, automation, or digital transformation techniques to business workflows.
• Healthcare technology, software, or regulated-industry experience.
• Familiarity with product development, infrastructure, security, compliance, or customer delivery functions.
