What you will do

• Set the vision and long-term roadmap for enterprise-wide finance transformation programs.
• Lead initiatives spanning people and change, process improvement, and technology enablement across the global Finance organization.
• Coordinate and mentor program managers while managing scope, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, approval processes, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners in a matrixed environment.
• Design training, coordinate pilots and phased rollouts, measure adoption, and drive continuous improvement through emerging technologies and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial systems and processes.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects, influencing senior stakeholders, and working across functions.
• Advanced analytical, process diagnostic, data, metrics, and dashboard skills.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, feedback, and change leadership capabilities.
