Junior Program Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Client site in Arlington, Virginia, United States, with hybrid and remote flexibility.

Salary: $55,665–$94,631 per year for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Maintain calendars, trackers, records, rosters, and action-item logs.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
• Conduct research and prepare routine reports and presentations.
• Track projects and tasks, manage correspondence, and support program administration.
• Support route-and-clearance processes, records management, executive support, and quality-control reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of relevant administrative, analytical, or program support experience.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to communicate with senior government clients, collaborate in a dynamic environment, and learn mission-specific processes.

Nice to have

• Experience writing standard operating procedures, guidance documents, or other project documentation.
• Experience leading discussions, communicating project status, and proposing solutions.
• Previous DHS or CISA experience.
