Business Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States only; must support US Eastern time zone working hours. All work must be performed in the U.S.; access from foreign locations and personal VPN connections is prohibited.

Salary: $81,499–$138,549 per year for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, and project documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support project planning, scheduling, backlog prioritization, cost, risk, resource, and issue management.

Requirements

• Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S.
• Must have lived in the U.S. for three full years out of the last five years.
• US citizenship and a successful Public Trust background check are required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Management Analyst, or in a related role.
• Experience with business requirements, stakeholder engagement, project planning, and process analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with cost, risk, and resource management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
