TAP Functional Lead/Business Analyst/PM

Location: Remote; must be able to pass a US Government background check

What you will do

• Work with government customers to define undocumented business rules for the Transition Assistance Program.
• Translate TAP policy and customer processes into clear, buildable requirements.
• Own requirements and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the government customer.
• Manage backlog grooming and prioritization discussions with government stakeholders.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and government demonstrations.
• Validate each increment against approved requirements and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• CBAP or IIBA-CCBA certification.
• Ability to pass a US Government background check.
• Strong experience in requirements ownership, business analysis, and customer-facing delivery.

Nice to have

• Certified ScrumMaster certification.
• Military transition, Airman and Family Readiness Center, or military HR experience.
