Program Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Client office in Arlington, Virginia, United States, with hybrid flexibility

Salary: $61,232–$104,094 annually for full-time employment

What you will do

• Maintain governance documentation, action logs, rosters, and participation records.
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder engagements, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct research and analysis supporting federal policy and engagement objectives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, schedules, and process documentation.
• Track actions, risks, milestones, and project deliverables.
• Support data collection and performance measurement for critical infrastructure protection and cybersecurity programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least four years of program support, management analysis, or business analysis experience.
• US citizenship is required by the federal contract.
• Strong analytical, writing, project coordination, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to communicate with senior government clients, lead discussions, and collaborate in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience drafting white papers, strategic planning documents, guidance documents, or other project documentation.
• Experience collaborating with clients to define expectations, roles, and requirements for short- and long-term projects.
• Previous DHS or CISA experience.
• Ability to learn and apply mission knowledge with a continuous improvement mindset.
