Senior Program Manager, IT Governance and Compliance

Location: Onsite at facilities in Centennial, Colorado; Long Beach, California; or Washington, DC, United States. The work environment includes an office and production factory settings.

Base salary: $135,000–$185,000 in Denver; $140,000–$195,000 in Long Beach or Washington, DC; $155,000–$215,000 in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What you will do

• Lead GRC program tracking from inception through delivery across CMMC and DoD RMF IL5 and IL6 frameworks.
• Build dashboards and executive reports using Jira, Confluence, GRC platforms such as Diligent, and MS Project.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables across security operations, product compliance, IT operations, and external consultants.
• Track risks and dependencies, define mitigation plans, and drive course correction.
• Define and monitor KPIs while supporting audit readiness, evidence collection, assessment facilitation, and post-audit remediation.
• Act as the primary contact for leadership, internal stakeholders, external assessors, and certification bodies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in technology or cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in GRC or compliance.
• PMP certification.
• Proven experience managing CMMC and DoD RMF IL5 and IL6 certification initiatives.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project interdependencies.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project or similar project management software.
• Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance and satisfy U.S. government ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, protected individual status, or eligibility for required authorizations.

Nice to have

• CISA, CRISC, CSM, Agile PM, or CISSP certification.
• Experience with cloud environments such as Azure Government and government cloud authorization processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, hybrid project delivery, and GRC platforms such as Diligent.
