Location: Boston, Massachusetts; hybrid schedule with 2–3 onsite days per week
Salary: $44.14–$109.51 per hour

What you will do
- Coordinate individualized oncology care for patients, families, and caregivers through assessment, education, documentation, referrals, and follow-up.
- Provide patient education, call triage, psychosocial support, and care coordination across treatment, survivorship, chronic cancer management, and end-of-life care.
- Serve as the primary nursing contact and liaison between patients, families, caregivers, and providers.
- Support program evaluation, strategic development, quality improvement, research activities, and outcome tracking.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams while maintaining patient safety and evidence-based nursing standards.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; a BSN is strongly preferred, and ADN holders must complete a BSN within four years.
- Completion of the Oncology Nurse Residency Program or one year of recent Registered Nurse experience.
- Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or New Hampshire, as appropriate, required.
- AHA BLS certification required; AHA ACLS is accepted as the minimum requirement.
- Critical thinking, communication, organization, problem-solving, independent decision-making, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
- Patient-care experience with young adults through geriatric populations.
Nice to have
- Ambulatory or oncology nursing experience.
- Professional certification such as OCN, BMTCN, CPHON, AOCNP, CRNI, or RN-BC.
