Project Manager (Supply Chain)

hirify.global is partnering with a leading supply chain solutions company focused on logistics and operational delivery.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large initiatives, aligning project execution with business goals and operational timelines.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Facilitate project and Steering Committee meetings, communicate progress, and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, and issues through proactive mitigation across business, product, technical, and IT teams.
• Translate logistics and operational requirements into actionable deliverables and maintain project documentation, RAID logs, meeting records, and status reports.
• Improve Project Management Office processes, standards, templates, and Smartsheet dashboards for portfolio management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrable Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional or enterprise-level projects, preferably in service supply chain logistics or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and project execution skills.
• Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
