Project Manager (PIM)

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States. Hybrid schedule: 4 days per week in-office and 1 day remote. Applicants may work in or relocate to Portland; relocation assistance is not available.

Salary: $104,000–$133,000 USD per year, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and deployment of a Product Information Management solution for the aftermarket organization.
• Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, risk mitigation plans, roadmaps, governance, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate Product Management, Marketing, Digital Commerce, IT, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Data Governance, Supplier Management, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Design future-state processes for product content creation, maintenance, governance, publication, taxonomy, classification, and attribute management.
• Coordinate ERP, ecommerce, dealer application, supplier system, and digital asset management integrations, including data migration, cleansing, enrichment, validation, and testing.
• Lead change management, stakeholder communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption measurement, and business value realization.

Requirements

• Experience leading large cross-functional business transformation and software implementation projects involving complex business processes.
• Strong business process mapping, requirements gathering, facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to align business and technical teams while managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, project status reports, and success metrics.

Nice to have

• 5–7+ years of project management experience and a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Experience with PIM, MDM, ERP, ecommerce, DAM, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of product data governance, taxonomy, attribute management, catalog management, and digital product content strategies.
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, manufacturing, or aftermarket product data initiatives.
• Agile or Waterfall experience, PMP or Agile certification, and familiarity with Salesforce, Informatica Product 360, Salsify, Akeneo, Stibo, Syndigo, or similar platforms.
