Customer Partner Representative (RC)

Location: Onsite in Hanoi, Vietnam

A global healthcare company developing and supplying medical devices and consumables for healthcare providers worldwide.

What you will do

• Promote and sell renal care medical devices and dialysis consumables to hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Create sales plans, develop forecasts, achieve targets, and identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, procurement departments, dealers, and distributors.
• Present and demonstrate products, support product usage, resolve customer issues, and gather market feedback.
• Manage hospital tender listings, monitor submitted tenders, and coordinate tender documentation with internal teams and distributors.
• Configure products for hospital and department requirements, maintain CRM reports, and collaborate on meetings, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and customer surveys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in medical sales.
• Experience working with dealers or distributors, relevant medical products, and tender management through the listing stage.
• Strong communication, business acumen, analytical, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ethical, motivated, results-oriented approach with the ability to travel frequently.
• Good English skills in written and verbal communication are preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
