Account Manager (English & Chinese Speaking) (Logistics)

What you will do

• Own business growth across a portfolio of clients through upselling and cross-selling supply-chain and technology products.
• Lead discovery conversations, understand client goals, and develop solutions that deepen relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, advocate for client needs, and identify mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Run regular client touchpoints and business reviews to demonstrate value, uncover opportunities, and improve retention.
• Work with Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Implementation, and Trade & Financial Services teams to execute client strategies.
• Monitor client health and drive adoption of the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or supply-chain operations.
• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is highly preferred.
• Fluent communication in English and Chinese is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, problem-solving, and client-service skills.
• Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, electronics, or technology verticals.
• Global team collaboration experience.
• Experience with AI adoption.
