Program Manager (Treasury)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; in-office collaboration is expected 10+ days per month, with regional travel as required.

What you will do

• Own delivery across a portfolio of concurrent hirify.global Treasury implementations throughout the Middle East.
• Act as the senior contact for client program sponsors and executive partners, aligning scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
• Maintain program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, governance processes, and executive reporting.
• Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, customer concerns, and issue resolution across internal and external teams.
• Lead steering committee meetings, executive status updates, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor Project Managers and consultants while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 2 years managing enterprise SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations.
• Experience managing complex multi-solution programs with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with project teams, senior leaders, and C-suite sponsors.
• Experience working with internal delivery teams, systems integrators, or global consulting firms.
• Understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes; experience with GTreasury, Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Experience serving clients across the Middle East or working effectively across regional business cultures, time zones, and working-week conventions, plus willingness to travel regionally.

• Experience with hirify.global Treasury, GTreasury, Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms.
• Background in PMO playbook development, methodology refinement, and capability building.
