ERP Deployment Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Belfast, United Kingdom. Some travel within the UK and internationally is required.

What you will do

• Shape the ARP strategy and integrate SAP S/4HANA solutions into the long-term digital roadmap.
• Lead business activities across SAP S/4HANA projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage delivery quality, financial targets, risks, resources, and the Make-or-Buy strategy.
• Implement SAP Activate and enforce governance that minimizes deviations from SAP Standard.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders across functions and countries and lead organizational change.
• Drive Security-by-Design compliance and the NextGen operating model for digital transformation.

Requirements

• Relevant degree and at least 10 years of project management experience, or a lesser qualification with at least 15 years of experience.
• Mastery of LBIP and agile project management frameworks.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional project deployments, ideally involving SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in a complex, multi-site industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in Belfast, United Kingdom, with travel within the UK and internationally.
• Successful completion of BPSS and Export Control checks, including a criminal record check, is required.

• Battle-tested change management skills and experience handling resistance to customization.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders across matrix organizations and collaborate with Digital and ARP teams.
• Understanding of AI and data analytics for optimizing ERP workflows.
