What you will do

• Assess specimen acceptability according to established testing criteria.
• Perform routine and complex technical laboratory procedures following standard operating procedures.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
• Prepare, test, and evaluate reagents and controls.
• Report accurate and timely results to support quality patient care.
• Perform preventive maintenance, quality control, specimen processing, and supply replenishment.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in chemical or biological science, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with laboratory information systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Previous hirify.global experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or medical technology field.
• At least six months of clinical laboratory testing or phlebotomy experience.
• ASCP or AMT certification.
