Cost Manager (Construction)

Location: Hybrid, primarily onsite/remote at project sites in Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ, United States; short periods of travel may be required.

Salary: $84,000–$112,000 USD per year, depending on experience, education, and skillset.

What you will do

• Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss and expense claims, commercial issues, change orders, and contract matters.
• Prepare and agree final accounts, including claims, to help clients achieve value from completed works.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Support project management through accurate cost documentation and timely communication.
• Participate in tender and bid processes, from preparing documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by preparing valuations, cost reports, and variation updates.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or a construction discipline.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Availability for hybrid work at project sites in Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ, with short periods of client, partner, and team travel.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with clients and teams.
