Location: Memphis, TN or Tupelo, MS, USA; hybrid with 80–100% travel and project-site-based work. Extended on-site hours and travel or relocation to the project site are required for the duration of construction.
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and a U.S.-based benefits package.

What you will do
- Direct day-to-day field construction execution for complex, secure, high-hazard federal facility programs from mobilization through substantial completion.
- Sequence work by functional zone and coordinate subcontractors and specialty trades, including scheduling, submittal review, and progress tracking.
- Manage the interface between building shell conditions, process and security buildout, design intent, and field conditions.
- Maintain field budgets, change-order documentation, cost reports, construction schedules, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with ESDC personnel across structural, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and security disciplines to resolve RFIs and field issues.
- Lead field coordination meetings and support commissioning, constructability reviews, pre-construction planning, and mobilization.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain any security clearance required by assigned programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 12 years of construction management experience, including secure, high-hazard, or federal government facility programs.
- Direct field experience managing fixed-price design-build execution on complex industrial or institutional projects.
- Working knowledge of ICD 705, IBC H-2 or comparable hazardous occupancy classifications, and DOE/NNSA facility construction requirements.
- Strong field leadership, communication, organization, documentation, schedule management, and multi-trade coordination skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with BIM or model-based field coordination tools.
- Experience supporting DOE/NNSA, Department of Defense, national laboratory-adjacent, or similar institutional and industrial programs.
