Business Process Analyst

Location: Fully remote from Portugal; candidates must live in Portugal or be legally qualified to live and work there. Lisbon and Coimbra are listed as locations.

Salary: €19,970–€29,520 gross per year

What you will do

• Improve business processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize processes and apply efficiency best practices, preferably in the IT sector.
• Analyze and synthesize complex information to support process decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple industries and projects.
• Communicate and present findings and recommendations in written and verbal formats.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with process optimization and efficiency best practices.
• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and legal eligibility to live and work in Portugal.
