Mid-Level Business Analyst – Internal Applications (Financial Services)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 3 days remote per week. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Europe.

What you will do

• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Create mockups and visual representations using Figma or similar tools.
• Write test cases and test internal applications against requirements.
• Prepare user guides and other application documentation.
• Support internal application development and improvement activities.
• Coordinate deliverables with technical teams, product owners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, Jira, and Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Fluent English.
• French at A2 level.
• Existing legal right to work in Europe is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or mid-office environments.
• Certifications in business analysis or project management.
