Senior Business Analyst (Finance)

Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid work with office attendance twice a week

What you will do

• Analyze financial market participants, financial products, Forex products, and electronic trading systems.
• Engage with front-office stakeholders on business and functional topics.
• Use SQL to execute queries and investigate data-related issues.
• Lead a subject area independently from problem identification through resolution.
• Collaborate with a team applying Agile principles and iterative ways of working.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and products, including Forex and/or electronic trading systems.
• Strong technical inclination and confidence working with front-office stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Unix.
• Fluent English at B2 level.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit; available for hybrid work in Porto twice a week.
