What you will do

• Execute sales and customer experience strategies across one or more channels.
• Develop and implement tactics supporting acquisition, revenue growth, retention, and cross-channel experiences.
• Observe and coach frontline performance while identifying performance variability and gaps.
• Develop and deliver readiness materials for sales and client experience initiatives.
• Coordinate strategy execution with key stakeholders, communicate results and best practices, and recommend improvements to management.
• Support customer-focused solutions and effective management of business risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of sales channels, sales functions, products and services, and strategic sales planning.
• Skills in account management, customer experience, negotiation, operations management, strategic planning, communication, influencing, and program management.
• Must work in-office in Birmingham, Alabama.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
