Salary: $55,800–$89,400 USD per year in base pay

What you will do

• Coordinate daily account administration and client transaction processing, including fees, payments, borrowing, deposits, account openings, overdrafts, and exception clearing.
• Respond to client inquiries, communicate account status and documentation needs, and coordinate service requests with internal and external partners.
• Support Private Bankers with account administration, business development activities, client presentations, and banking relationship management.
• Review loan documents, coordinate underwriting requests, loan closings, due diligence, compliance certificates, and renewal processes.
• Prepare formal reports, maintain accurate systems and client records, and monitor documentation and compliance requirements.
• Identify service improvements and resolve operational problems while coordinating action plans across teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience, in financial servicing or accounting with a client-servicing background preferred.
• Working knowledge of loan agreements, financial statements, compliance requirements, and relationship-management applications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
