Customer Service Representative (Bilingual French/English)

Location: Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada; onsite role

Salary: CAD 18.00–21.00 per hour, depending on experience. A CAD 1,500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

What you will do

• Provide customer support by email, telephone, and in-person contact.
• Process orders and assignments and enter accurate data into internal systems.
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and service requests.
• Create and maintain customer and operational records.
• Prepare paperwork and obtain approvals for auction days.
• Perform clerical duties, including word processing, filing, and office support.

Requirements

• Bilingual French and English communication skills are required.
• Comfort communicating with customers and strong interpersonal skills.
• Digital literacy and accurate data-entry ability.
• Time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to assist colleagues.
• Professional and clean appearance.
