Sr Client Service Representative

Location: On-site full-time in Toronto-Bathurst & Lawrence, Toronto, ON; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, account questions, products, and transactions.
• Build meaningful client interactions and connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global specialists.
• Listen to client concerns, resolve issues, and take accountability for finding effective solutions.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Knowledge of financial services products and transaction services.
• Strong client service, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
• Digital literacy and the ability to learn and explain mobile banking technology.
• Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking centre and comply with service standards.
