Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (French)

Location: On-site at the Toronto Branch, 3333 James Snow Parkway, Milton, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 35–40 per hour, with growth and earning potential.

What you will do

• Process customer orders and handle account inquiries using customer service technology.
• Recommend products and solutions, and answer product, pricing, and shipping questions.
• Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and identify effective solutions for their business.
• Help customers navigate the website and online ordering process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English and French are required.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required; training is provided.
• On-site availability in Milton, Ontario is required.
