Client Service Representative - Thetford Mines

Location: On-site full-time in Thetford-Mines, 147 Notre-Dame, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. Banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, account questions, products, and transactions.
• Deliver meaningful client interactions and connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global specialists.
• Listen to client concerns, resolve issues, and take accountability for finding suitable solutions.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
