Safety Lead (Construction)

What you will do

• Implement, assess, and monitor risk control measures.
• Attend project meetings, monitor progress, raise issues, and collaborate on solutions.
• Act as a visible safety leader on-site, managing day-to-day health and safety activities and conducting safety audits.
• Create and implement the project safety strategy and procedures while engaging project partners.
• Ensure contractors establish and monitor exemplary safety practices and procedures.
• Maintain health and safety management systems and assess incidents, findings, and corrective and preventative measures.

Requirements

• Extensive safety experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction or safety discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Availability to work on-site in Copenhagen, Denmark.
