Senior Quality Expert (Problem Solving) (Wind Energy)

Location: Hybrid work with locations in Hamburg, Germany, and Vejle or Brande, Denmark

What you will do

• Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations into quality, reliability, and operational challenges.
• Drive root-cause identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Track open cases, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of action gates.
• Prepare reports and present findings to customers, management, and key stakeholders.
• Identify systemic patterns and broader improvement opportunities beyond individual cases.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, quality management, manufacturing, operations, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in quality, engineering, manufacturing, service, or continuous improvement environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, data-driven mindset.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Fluent English and excellent communication and facilitation skills.
