Continuous Improvement Specialist

What you will do

• Develop and deliver a locally aligned continuous improvement roadmap.
• Lead change initiatives across factory operations and challenge existing ways of working.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, eliminate losses, and improve productivity, quality, and competitiveness.
• Train, coach, and support teams in 5S, DMAIC, problem-solving, and other continuous improvement methods.
• Lead Kaizen events, workshops, continuous improvement projects, and transformation activities on site.
• Embed, track, and sustain best practices while strengthening safety, quality, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar continuous improvement position within a factory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and motivate teams to adopt new ways of working.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge, influence, and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Integrity, reliability, personal commitment, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to build strong networks across the organisation.
