People Partner Director (Cell Culture Media & Bioprocess)

Location: On-site in Logan, Utah, United States; travel up to 15% may be required for team meetings, projects, and kaizens.

Annual salary: $160,000–$190,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Develop and execute people strategies for the Logan site and US-based Cell Culture Media & Bioprocess Commercial business.
• Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, headcount actions, and succession pipelines.
• Ensure consistent people governance, policy compliance, and employee relations practices.
• Manage complex and high-risk people matters, including crisis and emergency response, with the LER Center of Excellence.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and change management.
• Use people insights, technology, and workforce analytics to identify trends and improve talent outcomes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience; an MBA is preferred.
• Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, talent, engagement, and local execution of global standards.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders on sensitive matters and using self-service and case management practices.
• Experience leading complex local HR projects and change initiatives with measurable improvements to the associate experience.
• Ability to use people data and associate insights to recommend actions and collaborate with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders.
• Sound judgment, confidentiality, integrity, continuous improvement orientation, and familiarity with lean principles and structured problem solving.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments, HR governance, audits, regulatory matters, or crisis response.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
• Experience using digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools for HR decision-making and execution.
