Intern (m/f/d) Recruiting & Employer Branding

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid work with two to three days per week at the headquarters and remote work on the remaining days

hirify.global is a growing scale-up developing its recruiting processes, system landscape, and employer brand.

What you will do

• Support candidate sourcing, application screening, interview coordination, and interview participation.
• Help create job advertisements and communication content for target audiences.
• Research employer-branding topics and prepare content for LinkedIn and the careers page.
• Support the Ashby rollout by testing and optimizing recruiting workflows and candidate-experience processes.
• Take ownership of an individual project, such as interview guides, hiring-manager materials, recruiting reports, or employer-branding content.

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration, psychology, economics, social sciences, communications, or a comparable subject, or between bachelor's and master's studies or in a career-orientation phase.
• Available for a full-time internship lasting 3 to 6 months, as a mandatory internship or during a study transition or orientation phase.
• Fluent German and English with strong professional and respectful communication skills.
• Organized, careful, proactive, and motivated to implement ideas and manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in recruiting, employer branding, modern recruiting tools, data-driven processes, and AI.
