What you will do

• Work with Fab Integration engineering teams on advanced technology development and manufacturing implementation in a 300mm wafer fab.
• Identify, resolve, and improve process integration issues and related technical problems.
• Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer-specific product and technology requirements.
• Support new designs through module characterization, design rule development, and test-structure improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and yield concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement plans focused on process simplification, yield improvement, cost reduction, and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
• At least 6 years of semiconductor or fab-related experience with advanced technology at the 20 nm node or below.
• Experience transferring, implementing, ramping, and sustaining process technologies in high-volume foundry manufacturing.
• Experience with customer-specific process and technology targeting, customization, process simplification, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
• English fluency required for written and verbal communication.
• Minimal travel and compliance with environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.
