What you will do

• Conduct equipment tests and measurements for critical dimensions, registration, and defectivity control.
• Maintain, repair, install, convert, and qualify high-volume manufacturing equipment while minimizing downtime.
• Recommend and implement improvements to manufacturing efficiency, process techniques, output quality, safety, cost, productivity, defects, and yield.
• Develop systems to prevent excursions and detect process or equipment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and geographically dispersed global teams.
• Support technology transfers to global manufacturing sites through training and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience with statistical process control, design of experiments, and manufacturing process optimization.
• 2+ years of experience with high-volume semiconductor manufacturing equipment and related technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in photolithography, defect detection, and process monitoring in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and process issues and participating in structured problem-solving efforts.
• On-site presence in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States is required.
