Molding Operator 1 - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Casa Grande, Arizona, United States. Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., five 8-hour shifts per week.

Salary: $23 per hour, plus a $0.90-per-hour shift differential.

Manufacturing operations for hirify.global’s Vikrell product line, producing bathtubs, shower wall sets, and shower floor pieces.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor automated cut-and-stack equipment and molding presses.
• Inspect molded products, perform deflashing and mold-cavity cleaning as needed, and move parts to the next operation.
• Carry defective parts to the rework area and document scrap as required.
• Assemble cartons, packaging components, and accessories, and package molded parts.
• Follow plant safety policies, complete housekeeping and 5S duties, and maintain required SOP and LOP training.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions or current or future sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, twist, lift, and occasionally push or lift up to 35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check, consistent attendance, and compliance with safety procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience as a manufacturing operator or production line operator.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts and adapt to future shift changes.
• Problem-solving skills and a focus on improving safety, quality, and productivity.
