Machine Operator II (Correli Nailer)

Location: Hartselle, AL, USA. Onsite, third shift from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Salary: $21.58 per hour plus a $1.50 third-shift differential.

What you will do

• Operate industrial equipment, including saws, routers, Correli nailers, spindles, scanners, stackers, and conveyors.
• Process lumber from raw materials into finished components for wood reels used to package wire and cable.
• Make process adjustments and monitor and report product quality.
• Work with the production team to maintain safe, clean, and organized operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support other departments as needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of machine operating experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of hand tools and safe operation, adjustment, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for at least eight hours.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliability, commitment to quality, and adherence to safety policies are required.
