Manufacturing Operator - 1st Shift

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Compensation: $20.40–$37.80 per hour

What you will do

• Set up, adjust, maintain, and operate laser, WEMO, cutting, and other fabrication equipment.
• Use computerized manufacturing systems and edit equipment programs according to production documentation.
• Position materials and tooling, maintain dimensions to print specifications, and inspect completed work.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with troubleshooting equipment and systems.
• Meet production schedules and performance standards while maintaining safety and product quality.
• Rotate through metal preparation, welding, spot-welding, grinding, assembly, and the Accessory Cell.

Requirements

• Ability to follow production documentation and print specifications.
• Ability to operate and adjust fabrication equipment and controllers.
• Commitment to applicable safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Ability to perform rotational manufacturing assignments, including welding, grinding, and assembly.
• Ability to work onsite in Anoka, Minnesota, during the 1st shift.
