Recruiter (AI/Cybersecurity)

Location: United States, 100% remote; must be in the Eastern Time Zone

Salary: $45–$65 per hour; contract-to-hire

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM, and Operations, including sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media.
• Build diverse pipelines, engage passive candidates, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver a positive candidate experience during high-volume periods.
• Partner with hiring leaders as a talent advisor, facilitate interview debriefs, and manage offer approval, extension, negotiation, and closing strategies.
• Use pipeline health, source performance, conversion metrics, and other recruiting data to guide decisions and maintain data quality.
• Improve recruiting workflows with practical AI automation and maintain accurate records in Ashby and other recruiting tools.
• Advise leaders and interviewers on structured, inclusive interviewing and help embed cultural principles as the company scales.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and work in the Eastern Time Zone.
• 3–5 years of GTM and Engineering recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong experience with people analytics and reporting, including translating workforce data into actionable insights.
• AI-native mindset with active use and experimentation with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Strategic and creative sourcing skills, workflow design experience, and the ability to represent the company professionally.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, or an equivalent ATS.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in cybersecurity.
• Experience developing diverse candidate pipelines and coaching interviewers on inclusive hiring practices.
