Intermediate Talent Partner (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

Salary: US$95,000–US$110,000 in other US states; US$105,000–US$125,000 in California, New York, and Washington; CA$140,000–CA$160,000 in Canada. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for G&A functions including Legal, Finance, Marketing, and People.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Track recruiting funnels and hiring progress in Ashby, the applicant tracking system.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build relationships with diverse technology and talent communities.
• Represent Talent Acquisition at industry conferences and plan curated networking events.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of G&A full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth teams.
• Experience working through ambiguity and change in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
• Strong cross-functional influence and collaboration skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting and talent-market analysis.
• Commitment to diversity and equitable recruiting practices.
• Experience leveraging AI to automate workflow processes.
